Standard shipping to the United States is free. Available delivery options and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

We send tracking information when an order ships. If you need your order by a specific date, contact us before purchasing so we can confirm current availability and timing. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Check your delivery address carefully when ordering. For an address correction, delayed delivery or damaged package, send us your order number through our contact form. Orders placed before the PUMPD launch retain their original delivery terms.
