PUMPD returns

Request a return through our contact form within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number. Returned products must be unused and include their original packaging and proof of purchase.

Wait for approval before sending anything back. We will provide a return label and instructions. Once your return is inspected and approved, we will refund the original payment method within 10 business days. Your payment provider may need additional processing time.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us so we can help. These terms do not limit applicable statutory rights. Orders placed before the PUMPD launch retain their original terms.
